Information Security Management System Policy

In order to support the operations of Clockwork units, we aim to continuously ensure the Availability, Integrity, and Confidentiality of Data and Information through preventive controls designed in line with the Information Security Management System.

As Clockwork, in line with the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Information Security Management System, we undertake to:

  • Provide secure access to the information assets of the company and its stakeholders

  • Protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal and corporate information in our capacity as Data Controller and Data Processor

  • Assess and manage the risks that may arise on the information assets of the company and its stakeholders

  • Protect the reliability and image of the organization

  • Apply the sanctions deemed necessary in the event of a breach of information security and confidentiality

  • Meet information security requirements arising from national, international, or sectoral regulations to which we are subject, from fulfilling the requirements of the relevant legislation and standards, from obligations arising from agreements, and from corporate responsibilities toward internal and external stakeholders

  • Reduce the impact of information security and confidentiality threats on business/service continuity and ensure the continuity and sustainability of the business

  • Protect and improve the level of information security and confidentiality through the established control infrastructure

  • Provide training that will develop competencies in order to increase awareness of information security and confidentiality

  • Carry out work with all our stakeholders that will ensure information security, the security of personal data, and awareness

  • Establish the organizational structure, resources, and cybersecurity infrastructure related to information security and personal data breaches; inform the public in the event of possible breaches; and apply the necessary sanctions

  • Ensure the continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System
