In this context, this Notice on the Protection of Personal Data (“Notice”), prepared under the Law and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform (“Communiqué”), is presented to the attention of our customers and third parties who use our website and/or mobile application.

- Business partners, so that the services on the website can be provided

- Business partners we work with, based on the user’s consent, so that commercial electronic messages can be sent and so that we can carry out advertising, campaign, and promotional activities in this scope

- Various agencies, advertising companies, market research companies, and survey companies in Turkey and abroad, within the scope of marketing activities, in order to improve the customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction

- Service provider companies, so that statistical and technical services can be provided

- The company from which we receive services, so that user relations can be managed and request and complaint processes can be carried out

- Clockwork’s shareholders and affiliates, so that company management processes and statistical study and reporting processes can be carried out

- Program partner organizations and social networking sites in Turkey and abroad with which we cooperate, so that our activities and business development processes can be carried out

- Our business partners in Turkey and abroad from which we receive cloud storage services for personal data

- Service provider companies in Turkey and abroad from which we receive technological infrastructure, server, e-mail, and cookie services for the website

- Audit firms, lawyers, and authorized institutions and organizations, in order to fulfill our legal obligations

You may send your requests under Article 11 of the KVKK, which regulates the rights of the data subject, and any questions or comments regarding your personal data at any time to [email protected].

If you submit your requests to Clockwork, Clockwork will conclude your request free of charge within 30 (thirty) days at the latest. However, if an additional cost arises, Clockwork reserves the right to charge a fee in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
