At Clockwork, we brought Richmond Nua Wellness-Spa's website back to life with an innovative design approach and a high-performance technical infrastructure. We brought together its nature-inspired approach to wellness, comfortable accommodation and spa services through a strong user experience. We also built a custom system integration that lets users gift accommodation and spa services to their loved ones.

Wellness is a feeling: how do you fit it into a website?
The Richmond Nua experience is built on a tranquility that blends with nature: comfortable accommodation, spa and wellness services, care and therapy treatments, and gastronomy. Its greatest strength is the feeling it creates, and the website needed to reflect that calm, refined character from the very first screen.
At the same time, the site had to present a wide range of services without overwhelming users. And one step further lay another opportunity: wellness is an experience people also want to share with the ones they love.
A calm design, an experience that goes one step further
In our design approach, we put Richmond Nua's calm, refined and premium brand character front and center. We balanced bold imagery with user-centered navigation, with the aim of letting visitors feel the physical wellness experience online as well.
We didn't see the website as a platform that simply provides information and bookings. Through the gift system integration, we turned the Richmond Nua experience into a service that can be gifted to loved ones.
