This project, carried out for Ethno, was designed to establish the hotel’s brand universe, communication style, and creative visibility with a strong, consistent, and inspiring structure starting from the pre-opening phase. As the Clockwork team, our goal was to develop a holistic creative communication language that conveys Ethno’s hospitality experience not merely as a hotel service, but through its unique atmosphere, cultural fabric, and the emotional connection it forges with guests.

Inline with this, starting with the hotel’s pre-opening communication process, the brand’s first touchpoints with its target audience were addressed with a strategic and creative approach. Creative work reflecting Ethno’s brand character, experience promise, and lifestyle-focused stance was supported by the visual identity, content language, campaign concepts, photo shoots, and various communication materials. The communication language was structured holistically to ensure the brand made a strong entry into the market during the opening period.

Even after the hotel’s opening, all of Ethno’s creative communication efforts continue to be carried out using a sustainable brand language. By developing designs, content, creative applications, and photo shoots that reflect the brand’s unique atmosphere across digital and physical touchpoints, a cohesive, consistent, and powerful communication universe is being created that aligns with Ethno’s guest experience. The project has evolved beyond a communication effort focused solely on the opening period; it has become a comprehensive creative communication partnership that continuously nurtures Ethno’s brand perception, strengthens its creative visibility, and adds value to all of the hotel’s communication processes.
